Each class is thoughtfully designed to offer a unique experience. Find the style that resonates with your body, mind, and current life season.

Perfect for beginners or those seeking a gentler practice. Hatha focuses on basic postures, breathing techniques, and meditation in a slower-paced, therapeutic setting.

A dynamic practice that links breath with movement. Build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance through fluid sequences and creative transitions.
Hot Yoga
Practice in a heated room (95°F) to increase flexibility, promote detoxification, and build mental focus. Perfect for those who love to sweat and challenge themselves.
Yin Yoga
A deeply relaxing practice holding poses for 3-5 minutes. Targets connective tissues, promotes joint health, and provides excellent stress relief and mental clarity.
Restorative Yoga
Therapeutic practice using props to completely support the body. Facilitates deep relaxation, nervous system repair, and healing for both body and mind.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our classes, policies, and what to expect as a new student.
We'll start with a brief check-in and explanation of class structure. Don't worry about being perfect – everyone modifies poses to their level. Your instructor will guide you through everything and offer alternatives. We create a safe, non-judgmental space for all experience levels.
You can bring your own mat or rent one for $3 per class. We provide all other props including blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets. Our mats are sanitized after each use and stored properly.
Flexibility is not a requirement for yoga – it's a result of yoga! Everyone starts somewhere, and our instructors specialize in working with all body types and abilities. We'll provide modifications and props to help you access each pose safely.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, set up your space, and settle into the class energy. For hot yoga, it's especially important to arrive early to hydrate and acclimate to the heat.
It's best to practice on an empty or lightly full stomach. Avoid large meals 2-3 hours before class, but light snacks are fine. Stay hydrated throughout the day, and avoid heavy, greasy foods before practice.
You can cancel your class reservation up to 2 hours before the start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 2 hours or no-shows will result in loss of the class credit for drop-ins or charging for monthly members.
Hot yoga can be beneficial for beginners when done safely. Start gradually, stay well-hydrated, and listen to your body. You can always take breaks or step out if needed. Our hot yoga room is kept at a safe 95°F. We recommend trying other classes first.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes that allow for full range of motion. Avoid overly baggy clothing that might interfere with movement. For hot yoga, moisture-wicking fabrics are ideal. You'll practice barefoot.
