3. Membership and Payment Terms

Membership Types

We offer various membership options including monthly unlimited, class packs, and drop-in classes. All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

Payment Terms

• Membership fees are billed monthly in advance
• Class packs expire 6 months from date of purchase
• Drop-in classes must be paid at time of booking
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers

4. Class Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Class reservations can be made online or by phone
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class start time
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of class credit
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes
• Class sizes are limited and early booking is recommended

• Keep phones silent during classes
• Follow studio policies and guidelines
• Not engage in disruptive behavior

7. Liability Waiver

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Yoga involves physical activity that carries inherent risks
• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
• You release Studio Burn 360 from liability for injuries
• You assume responsibility for any health issues that may arise
• You will consult a physician before starting any exercise program
