2. Class Cancellation Refunds
Client Cancellations
- 24+ hours notice: Full credit issued to your account
- 2-24 hours notice: 50% credit issued to your account
- Less than 2 hours notice: No refund or credit
- No-show: No refund or credit issued
Studio Cancellations
If Studio Burn 360 cancels a class due to instructor illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances:
- Full credit issued to all registered students
- Option to attend an alternative class of equal value
- No additional charges for rebooking
3. Membership Refunds
Monthly Memberships
- New members: 7-day trial period with full refund if not satisfied
- After trial period: No refunds on monthly memberships
- Cancellation: Must provide 30 days written notice
- No-shows: No credits or refunds for missed classes
Annual Memberships
- Pro-rata refunds: Available within first 30 days with written notice
- After 30 days: No refunds on annual memberships
- Medical reasons: Medical refunds considered case-by-case with documentation
4. Class Pack Refunds
- Unused packs: 10-class packs refundable within 30 days of purchase
- Partial usage: Refunds calculated based on remaining unused classes
- Expired packs: No refunds on expired class packs
- Medical emergencies: Medical documentation required for exceptions
5. Workshop and Special Event Refunds
- 7+ days notice: Full refund available
- 3-7 days notice: 50% refund available
- Less than 3 days: No refund available
- Studio cancellation: Full refund or credit for alternative event
6. Private Session Refunds
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund available
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund available
- Less than 12 hours: No refund available
- Instructor cancellation: Full refund or rescheduling at no cost
7. Merchandise Refunds
- Return period: 14 days from date of purchase
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Defective items: Full refund or exchange within 30 days
- Sale items: Final sale, no refunds or exchanges
8. Medical and Emergency Refunds
In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances:
- Medical documentation required for consideration
- Requests reviewed case-by-case by management
- Emergency situations may qualify for credit extensions
- Documentation must be provided within 30 days of incident

- Cash/card refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days
- International payments: May take 7-14 business days
